Apex Sync · Creator Protection Access

Your content travels. Your protection should follow.

Get your original content protected. Apex provides intake, eligibility screening, and coordination with independent third-party rights-management providers. Apex does not operate the underlying protection technology.

Creator-first intake. Applying does not guarantee approval, detection, removal, or monetization.

The problem

One upload can become a thousand echoes.

Discovery is difficult. Ownership is nuanced. And the right response depends on the platform, the match, and the rights you actually control.

VULNERABILITY

Your work moves faster than manual search.

Reuploads, edits, compilations, and mirrors can spread across accounts before a creator ever encounters them.

VISIBILITY

Matches need context, not panic.

Platform rights tools can help identify matching or reused content. The available action depends on ownership, eligibility, and platform policy.

ACCESS

A clear process creates a path forward.

Apex organizes intake, screens initial eligibility, and coordinates introductions. Any protection service is provided separately by an independent rights-management provider.

How it works

From original work to organized protection.

A short creator-facing process, with the important distinctions left intact.

Share your channels

Submit the creator accounts you own or control, your content category, and an optional example of reused content.

We review eligibility

Apex reviews ownership signals, originality, content type, and any existing Content ID or DRM relationship.

Eligible creators are introduced

Creators who appear eligible receive next steps for independent third-party rights-management services. The provider—not Apex—determines acceptance, available tools, and outcomes.

Eligibility

Built for creators with original ownership.

You do not need to diagnose your channel before applying. These signals simply help set accurate expectations.

Often a stronger fit

  • You create and publish primarily original videos.
  • You own or control the rights to the submitted content.
  • Your channel has a consistent body of original work.
  • You are not already bound to another rights-management provider for the same content.
  • You can identify your official creator accounts.

May require closer review

  • Reaction, compilation, or commentary formats using substantial third-party footage.
  • Gameplay or music where underlying rights are unclear.
  • Fan pages, repost accounts, or licensed clips without clear documentation.
  • Content already administered through another Content ID or DRM relationship.
  • Individual disputed clips without a broader eligible creator account.

A closer-review signal is not an automatic rejection. Final eligibility depends on the actual accounts and rights involved.

Clear by design

One simple intake. Distinct responsibilities.

Intake and coordination

Apex collects applications, screens initial fit, communicates status, and coordinates introductions. Apex does not provide detection, claiming, removal, monetization, Content ID, or DRM technology.

Independent providers

Protection technology and services

Independent third-party providers supply any available detection and rights-management services. Their eligibility criteria, terms, platform coverage, tools, and results apply.

Questions, answered plainly

No black box.

Does Apex provide the protection technology?
No. Apex provides intake, initial eligibility screening, communication, and coordination. Any detection or rights-management technology and related services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms.
Does applying mean my channel is approved?
No. Application begins an eligibility review. Originality, ownership, content type, account history, existing rights relationships, and partner criteria can all affect the decision.
Does this scan the entire internet?
No service should make that promise. Matching and rights-management capabilities depend on participating platforms, the available tools, and the content involved.
Can I submit a video I believe was stolen?
Yes. You can include an optional example link in the application. That helps with context, but submitting a link does not guarantee detection, removal, blocking, or monetization.
What content is most likely to qualify?
Creators with a consistent library of original work and clear ownership are generally the strongest fit. Reaction, compilation, gameplay, music, and licensed-footage formats may require closer review.
Will Apex ask for my password or payment details?
Not in this eligibility form. Do not submit passwords, channel credentials, government identification, banking information, or tax details here.
